A 70/30 blend, the Cabernet component with 4 days post maceration, matured in French oak (30%new) for 12 months. Light but bright colour; modelled on the
Super Tuscans, and brings off the cheeky challenge pretty well with its counterplay of cassis fruit and savoury tannins.
