The Wine
Fresh fruit blossom aromas matched with lime and pear fruit fruit flavours, all balanced by the sherbert like natural acidity on the palate. A crisp, dry finish ensures this wine is a perfect match to a multicultural range of Asian through to classic light European meals. Enjoy now - 2015

Winemaking
The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed, chilled, and the free-run and very gentle juice pressings were separated, settled overnight and the clean juice fermented to dryness in stainless steel, at approximately 12 degrees Celsius, using a specially selected aromatic yeast.

Viticulture
Sourced from a single vinyard from a Myrrhee vinyard, this little rascal continues to impress me. Delicate in appearance yet powerful in structure.
