The Wine
The fruit is grown at the base of Australia’s premier snow fields in the Alpine and King Valleys of Victoria’s North East. The cold mountain air flows down during the evenings to maintain the natural acidity and provide a prolonged ripening period for the fruit to develop the fresh varietal flavours. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the evening and gently pressed and fermented cold with an extended contact with the yeast lees post ferment to add a textural mouth feel to the palate.

A vibrant style of Prosecco with delicate bubbles and crisp fruit flavours of honeydew and lemon/lime blossom with a soft long palate that finishes with the bright sorbet like natural acidity. A wine style that is designed for family, friends and good times. This is a dryer style of Prosecco that is well suited to a wide range of cuisine or can be enjoyed on its own well chilled!
