The Wine
Sourced from our Myrrhee vineyard in the Southern reach of the King Valley. A Classic  high altitude cool climate style of Chardonnay that displays vibrant varietal fruit and a flinty structure that is designed for accompanying a wide range of meals from white meats through to hard cheeses.  This wine will can be enjoyed now and will only get better with 7+ years of age.

Winemaking
Fermented cold at 12 - 14 degrees C with subtle influence from French oak with extended lees contact of 6 months post fermentation.

Viticulture
Arguably the best known white variety which can be grown in a wide range of climates with the best examples coming from the cooler regions of the world. Sourced from a our Myrrhee vineyard in the heart of the King Valley. Harvested in the cool of the night in late February to retain the fresh acidity and primary fruit flavours.
