She’s got an exquisite, vibrant colour, she’s light, juicy fruity and best of all, she’s chilled!

Grown in our Myrrhee Vineyard, these Nebbiolo grapes are carefully picked & left to ‘chill’ on skins for just a few days allowing for minimal extraction. The result? All the vibrant fruit character of Nebbiolo without the harsh tannic dryness of the traditional style.

She’s an easy drinking red made for summer sipping! Nouvo Nebbiolo is best served chilled and pairs beautifully with meats, white meats, charcuterie and cheeses.
