Our family have been making wine since the 1930’s, so I grew up with wine in my veins but it wasn’t until I turned 25 that I decided to come back into the industry and start at the bottom.

I have embraced the whole Italian lifestyle in everything I make and do, and this is shown through the high caliber wines I will continue to produce for you all to enjoy.

Restaurant Open!!

The team here at Sam Miranda are excited to announce that our restaurant services will be re-opening as of Saturday the 19th of September. Booking in advance is vital to secure your table, this can be done online or by calling our friendly staff on 03 5727 3888. Due to current governement regulation we are conducting two seperate seatings the first from 11:00-1:00 and the latter running from 1:30-3:30.

A bright nose of apple and strawberries, followed by a savoury, crisp palate with subtle honey undertones rounded off with a refreshing sherbert like acidity
