Message from Sam Miranda

Our family have been making wine since the 1930’s, so I grew up with wine in my veins but it wasn’t until I turned 25 that I decided to come back into the industry and start at the bottom.

I have embraced the whole Italian lifestyle in everything I make and do, and this is shown through the high caliber wines I will continue to produce for you all to enjoy.



We’re Back!

As of the 26th of June our Restarauant will be re-opened!! Our Cellar Door staff are so excited to be able to welcome you back to Oxley, we may have been closed for business but that did not stop us from working. Staff have worked extremely hard to make you next visit to us better than ever before, completely revamping the cellar door and introducing a brand new menu that pays homage to Sam’s Italian heritage.

A deliciously dry blend of our Signature Prosecco and Rosato.

A bright nose of apple and strawberries, followed by a savoury, crisp palate with subtle honey undertones rounded off with a refreshing sherbert like acidity
