Our family have been making wine since the 1930’s, so I grew up with wine in my veins but it wasn’t until I turned 25 that I decided to come back into the industry and start at the bottom.

I have embraced the whole Italian lifestyle in everything I make and do, and this is shown through the high caliber wines I will continue to produce for you all to enjoy.

Restaurant Open!!

The team here at Sam Miranda are excited to announce that we can now have lots more wonderful guests dining at our fabulous venue. Cellar Door opens at 10am, with lunch commencing from 11.00am to 3.00pm, but don’t rush stay a little longer as we close at 5.00pm.

Unfortunately, wine tastings are still unavailable at the moment due to patron capacity.

Due to the tight restrictions booking in advance is vital to secure your table.  You can book online under our ‘restaurant tab’ or this can be done by calling our friendly staff on 03 5727 3888.  As per Government regulations please have your driver’s licence & Covid 19 Vaccination Passport available on arrival – All guests must be ‘Double Vaccinated’. Masks must be worn and don’t forget to check-in Salute!

Gruner Veltliner

Similar to Riesling, Gruner will give you a hair-raising acidity with exploding pops of white pepper, green beans, lime and lemon zest.

This wine is unique and a perfect palate cleanser for richly flavoured foods.  Expect this varietal to reward those who have the patience to wait 3-6 years.
